I am thrilled and honoured to share an article I have written for BACP's Therapy Today, has now been published and available for you to read and peruse over.

The article is on 'Reputation is everything - Asian men battling for their self-identity.'

This work highlights some key areas I have identified in my community and wider family. Rooted from generational trauma, my childhood, the inner healing process looking at my own vulnerabilities, and how this translates in my work with myself and my clients.
